negative space : city space that has a negative impact on city residents and pedestrians using the city every day
negative space : every traffic sign*; parking, stop, directional sign bike stand detracts and diminished the quality and area of footpath area for its designed users; people/pedestrians
*traffic sign detract for the limited valuable space given to the pedestrian/city resident. they have no positive impact and are for different user allocated different space; cars
*positive space : space give to element that enhance to people of the city; post boxes, trees, bins
* neutral space : space give to elements that are neither negative or positive; lights, tourists signs
